The future of the country lies in the hands of educated and skilled youth. With this vision, the "JARQYN BOLASHAQ" project was launched in 2022 upon the initiative of the "Samruk-Kazyna Trust" Social Projects Development Fund.

As part of the project in 2022, the "Samruk-Kazyna Trust" Fund selected 177 students from the Mangystau region to receive educational grants. Later, the initiative was supported by the national company "KazMunayGas," transforming it into a large-scale program that provides young people from Mangystau with the opportunity to receive free education.

The results of the project are reflected in concrete achievements. Today, 1,100 young people from Mangystau are receiving free education under the program, with 333 graduates already holding diplomas. Supported by "Samruk-Kazyna Trust," 51 students, and with the assistance of "KazMunayGas," 282 young individuals have successfully completed their studies at colleges and schools, stepping into a new phase of life. The majority of graduates specialized in technical and humanities fields, securing their entry into the job market.

The project's first graduates are already working in their respective fields and applying their knowledge in practice. Nurlan Kalybayev and Saktar Berikov, who graduated with honors from the Karaganda Railway College, are now working at the locomotive repair depot of "Kazakhstan Temir Zholy" in the village of Shakhter. A number of other program graduates are continuing their studies at higher education institutions in Kazakhstan and abroad.

An Opportunity Leading to a Dream

Yessquat Abunassiraddin, a Digital College graduate and red diploma holder, is currently undergoing language training at Wuhan University of Technology in China and plans to study logistics in the future.

"The 'JARQYN BOLASHAQ' program gave me not only an education, but also confidence in my future. Thanks to full coverage of tuition fees, accommodation, scholarships, and travel expenses, I was able to focus entirely on my studies without any worries. But this is only a small part of the opportunities provided by the program. In fact, for every young person eager to learn, this project opens up new horizons. My ultimate goal is to bring the knowledge I gain in China back home and contribute to the development of Kazakhstan's transport and logistics sector. This program was a decisive step that changed my life's trajectory," shares the young specialist.

Yernar Zhumagali, another Digital College graduate with a red diploma, is also preparing to continue his education in China. For him, the program served as an opportunity that paved the way for a young applicant from a rural background to achieve a big dream.

"The program became a gateway to a larger life for me. Over four years of study in Almaty, I received a quality education and had the opportunity to develop comprehensively. Now, the path is open for me to refine my knowledge abroad and gain international experience. Goals that once seemed like a distant dream are now gradually becoming a reality. I want to make the most of this opportunity and return to my country as a qualified specialist. Thanks to such support, my self-confidence has grown, and I have begun to build clear plans for the future," says Yernar.

Zhanatbek Kalniyazov, a Digital College graduate who completed his studies with honors in Software Engineering, notes that this program became his first stepping stone toward achieving a childhood dream.

"My interest in IT began back in the 9th grade. I was always inspired by the achievements of global technology leaders like Mark Zuckerberg and Steve Jobs. 'JARQYN BOLASHAQ' allowed me to take my first real step toward that dream. Thanks to the knowledge acquired in college, I started developing my own software projects. Now, my goal is to continue my education at a university and become a professional who creates modern digital solutions. The program gave me not just a profession, but self-confidence and a sense of responsibility. In the future, I want to become a specialist who contributes to Kazakhstan's digital development," tells the young professional.

Concrete Results — A Bright Future

This joint initiative by the "Samruk-Kazyna Trust" Fund and "KazMunayGas" not only provides young people with an education but enables them to realize their potential, shaping citizens who contribute to the nation's development. Such initiatives represent the most valuable investment in the future.
